We’ve been in our new home for a while now, and unfortunately, it hasn’t been the experience we hoped for. We’ve encountered a new warranty issue almost every month, from flooded ceilings to poor drywall work and electrical problems that left us without AC for days. It's been frustrating and disappointing to deal with so many issues. I wouldn't recommend spending your hard-earned money here. As for the neighborhood, it’s culturally diverse, which I appreciate. However, the noise from children playing in the streets late into the night has been a bit of an adjustment for us. While I try to be understanding as we're the minority here, it does feel out of the ordinary. Looking back, I wish we had saved up a little longer to purchase a Perry home instead.
