Brick Towne at Signature Village

I live here for just under 2 years maintenance was lack luster and the breaker to my kitchen tripped every time the dishwasher ran. When moving out I had asked them to do a walk through of my unit and let me know of any charges or repairs that needed completed before moving out so I could receive my deposit back. They went through and said everything was ok. I didn’t receive my deposit check for 30days and had called about 2 weeks after leaving trying to understand what my return would be and they “couldn’t tell me but it was in the mail”. I received it and there was a near 250$ charge (half the deposit) for painting. Mind you I had already repainted with paint that they sold to me for 20$. Still waiting to see photos that they suddenly have…

Geniuses managed to leak the names and email addresses of ALL residents at Signature Village which isn't a safety issue at all, they didn't so much as APOLOGIZE for such a colossal data protection error. Disgusting. Also apparently we aren't even allowed to grow plants on OUR balconies any more. This place gets worse every year, they're desperately trying to convince people they're bougie but a "bougie" place would have the money to install cameras for their tenants protection. This is why there was a rent drop, they're desperate. The maintenance and cleaning teams are the only ones who deserve any credit.

I love it here! It took some adjustment because I came from some very rough circumstances but Mandy really cares about the residents as a property manager! She and the other property staff are kind. It’s honestly a sweet little community! I have not had any problems with dog waste since one of the guilty units have moved out. they also put in new pet waste stations! I appreciate the maintenance guys! They are always super respectful and honestly all of the staff(even if they don’t live here) are a part of the community and we care for each other! Amenities are nice as well! Dog wash(they stock it with everything you need to get you doggo clean! Pool is very well taken care! Snack and beverage bar! Secured entry(they actually changed the codes, THANK YOU)! Fitness center is super nic

Bricktowne Signature Village is truly the best leasing office I have ever worked with! I lived here for 2 years and would not hesitate to move back if ever needed! Very professional, kind, and easy to work with when having a need or issue with anything to do with your apartment. Maintenance always shows up as soon as possible. Never have had to wait longer than a day. They have people clean their hallways every single week as well as having air fresheners in the hallway that smell amazing! They have locked lockers for all your packages! Bonus: they always do tons of fun contest that include amazing prizes as well as having multiple different food trucks come throughout the year! The staff are truly amazing and I can't thank them enough for always being there right away when needed!

I have lived here with my wife for four years and we always say we live in a resort!!!! We love the ponds to fish in-the pool over the summer is the best place to make friends! Our neighbors are the best and some have become life long friends! They are responsive-maintenance usually shows up in less than 25 hours for non emergencies and right away for anything else! The gym is amazing and they always leave us treats in the office! The food trucks come a couple of times a year and hand out FREE FOOD!!! We LOVE IT HERE!!!
