Five stars all the way! I reached out to Chandler on short notice, and he fit me into his schedule quickly. He showed up right on time and was very kind and patient, carefully walking me through everything and making sure I understood. He didn’t rush and answered all my questions. My wife and I live in the Midwest and had a house built in Florida. Not being able to be there all the time to check on the progress is very worrisome. We flew into Fort Myers for a walkthrough of the house but hired Brick and Mortar home inspections to walk through prior to our arrival. Chandler is very knowledgeable of how things are built in Florida and what is code and what is required and just what is good craftsmanship.
