There’s always a lot to expect from a property manager mainly when you have to come behind others and clean up their mess as well as deal with the daily challenges concerns and issues you may have and I would like to say Jo and Salena are doing a good job their very best I’ve witnessed rude people in the office and to get respect you have to give respect I can say they are cleaning up the community the best they can it has gotten better and it’s always nice seeing security on the property would be better if I saw them everyday on the property mainly during the weekend and at night every concern that I have had there’s no problem going to the office and getting it taken care of there are times when you may have to wait but there’s a clear explanation on why but so far so good. The staff at Briarwood Manor Apartments is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly only cares about money — not the residents. Every interaction feels hostile. They talk to people like they’re beneath them, ignore emails, refuse to provide basic documents, and give zero real help when you need answers. These workers are money-hungry and quick to pressure, threaten, or intimidate residents instead of doing their jobs correctly. They create confusion on purpose, avoid accountability, and treat people with absolutely no compassion or respect. They act like collecting money is more important than the families who live here. The only reason they get 1 star is so that I can post this review..the management team here is so sorry and pathetic especially the assistant manager! I don't even see how she got hired for the position. She's rude and incompetent to the highest degree.

The manager they have now is very rude and aggressive. Is not customer friendly at all. Every time I have had an encounter with her I was left feeling very unease. She first off don’t know what she is doing and she gives out wrong information. And I have called and put in work orders and also submitted it online and they put in the system that work orders was completed but no one has taking care of the issues. And I have reached out to the Regional Manager and I’m waiting to hear back
