Great property if your looking not for a big community they have wash and dryer hook ups in our units with pane windows to help your cooling and heating costs plus with new Management in the office they also have a gym with no membership fee and they are a gated community with security as well. Come on down and review the property take a tour and see what briarwood has to offer we do have rent specials as well.

My husband and I have been here for about 2 yrs now and honestly we don’t mind paying the high rent. It’s gated, has security, very well maintained , brand new gym , pool and Zero homeless going thru our trash. The units are a pretty good size with washer and dryer hookups. And the management are attentive to your needs. Maintenance is quick to do there job. I’d rather pay the $1295 and feel safe and live happy then to pay less and be in fear and deal with b.s

Love the management she's very understanding and security so friendly when their is a noise complaint and the rent a great budget for youngster to start.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. These apartments are roach infested. Even when they send in the exterminator, all they do is move into another apartment then come back in a few days. All the appliances are from the late 80's to early 90's. The apartments are old fashion looking, and the smell from the water lines reek! Even if you pour bleach down them they still stink! Not to mention the manager, she loses your contract then wants to raise the rent on you, after 6 months even though you signed a 1 year agreement that they lost, my fault for not keeping it I guess. Plus she is not people friendly! Has a attitude all the time it seemed. Not to mention all the break-ins people were having. O wow they put a fence up like it matters the fence is still open all day!
