Briarwood Apartments

I am so ecstatic that Tanya is back. I used to live at these apartments 2 1/2 years ago she is a very strict but a caring property manager. She goes over and beyond for tenants and goes that extra mile to make sure the property is running the way it’s suppose to making sure work orders where always getting done and making sure we were in a safe environment. She was also pushing me to strive better in life and giving me the best advice ever she was like my mentor not just a property manager I saw her like family she was very thoughtful , I love her so much she was always there for me and my children and offered me a job to bring income in when I was looking for employment knowing I was a single mom trying to make it. I couldn’t thank her enough we are truly blessed to have a property manage

I'm glad to have Tanya back things in the office was a mess even the office was a mess things can finally get done and I can finally go into the office and get a welcome greetings nothing was getting done or fix and since Tanya been back grounds are clean and tenant are getting their things fix I've heard nothing but good compliments about Tanya since she's been back tenant are happy that she's back. Briarwood has a very responsible property manager who cares about her tenants. Welcome back Tanya ☺️

I've lived here for 19 years. Been happy, but when the new management came, they were not doing their work. When Tanya left. Everything went down hill. Tanya is strict, but she gets things done. I'm happy she is back. And the other ladies are gone. I'm happy you're back, Tanya.👍👍👍👍

Briarwood apartments is not a good place to stay at, they have serious problem/major issues with the building themselves. I know of a few buildings that have rats crawling inside of them, and many people have heard them aswell, when brought up to the office all they do is get pest control to spray liquid around the interior of the unit, this does not work for when they come from outside to inside, they fail to get pest control to check the buildings, all buildings. Near half of the apartments have severe issues with rodents which causes them to lay their waste inside the walls such as urine and feces. Another major issue is that I currently know of people that are not supposed to be staying there, are not on the lease, and have lived there for several months or even several years unchecked

I been living at Briarwood apartments for a while and I have to say that I am glad that Tanya is back cause now things will get done. When Rudi and Suelema were here nothing got done everything was a mess here. And Tanya is a sweet and humble person you can now walk in that office and kindly be greeted before it was awful walking in the office and you can sense the ladies there were not so nice especially if you were on there hate list. Tanya treats her residents with care . Welcome back Tanya.
