Briargate Condominiums Home

I recently toured a condo at Briargate and am scheduled to move in next week. I absolutely love the community. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a safe, quiet, and secluded environment, which is exactly what I was looking for. I also want to take a moment to recognize Shameka and Natasha for their exceptional professionalism and kindness. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience welcoming and stress-free. From the tour to answering my questions, they were attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful. I am very excited to be moving into Briargate and look forward to becoming part of the community.

My landlord is great, I’m speaking solely about property management/my experience living here thus far. If it wasn’t for the disturbing amount of dog feces, trifling neighbor’s that don’t clean up behind themselves or cut the music down at a certain time so people can actually get sleep for the next day, and the absence of a guard at the front gate leaving easy access for any and everyone to tailgate/walk in; this community might actually be a decent place to live.

I have lived out here for a few years and I am amazed by the changes over the years to better the community. The new staff, Shemeka and Natasha are very professional and they put the owners and tenants first. They treat the community like their family. I am very pleased with the change in management and taking the right steps to make a community so much more. Thank you both for taking the initiative to better the community!

I am a homeowner and lived here for 17 years. Briargate has the potential to becoming a 5 star community. The staff are friendly especially the maintenance staff of Leo and Anthony. Leo has always been a hard worker responding to work orders. You won’t find him lolly gagging around. The management staff are fairly new and have made some good changes. The problem here is people throw their trash anywhere. The cleaning staff fail in overall appearance of the buildings. The grounds are beautiful with a variety of old trees. It’s a good place to have dogs. I love my home in Briargate. God has blessed me to have a home here.

I moved in on December of 2025 and living at Briargate has been one of the most positive and reassuring rental experiences I’ve had. From day one, the entire team has shown what true professionalism, integrity, and pride in their work looks like. The management and staff consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel valued, respected, and genuinely at home. What stands out the most is how responsive and efficient they are. Any maintenance request or concern is handled quickly, with clear communication, patience, and attention to detail. Issues are not just “fixed” — they are completed thoroughly and with care. The team follows through, checks in, and makes sure everything is right. That level of reliability and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. The employees here re
