Briar Park Apartment

I moved here in April of this year and I love my cute little apartment. 🤭 It is a spacious one-bedroom with soft new carpet, a fireplace, tall ceiling, warm color kitchen and patio. Many closets also, so there’s a lot of storage space. Rent is reasonable. The complex is in a lovely secluded area with beautiful lush parks all around, springtime is especially beautiful with the trees blossoming. Pretty quiet and friendly community, buildings are also locked so it feels safe. The tour was very pleasant, staff are kind and are great with communication. No regrets moving here.

I moved here Fall of 2022 after living in Texas all my life. I was nervous about living in another state, but Wanda and the rest of the staff made everything smooth and easy. It is an older place but I cannot emphasize how cozy it is. Winters are good here, and we don’t even use AC or even heat too often. Maintenance has been one of the best I’ve worked with. They are prompt and thorough. Most issues get fixed within a day or two of me putting in the request. The neighbors are awesome too. It’s a pretty quiet area and I feel that everyone is friendly and looks out for each other. After two years it’s time for me to move to another state, but I wish I could take this place with me. It was my home for a while and I’m glad I got to experience it.

Toured apt today and the staff (Ashley) was super helpful and sweet. Everything was super clean/spacious and had new carpeting in the apt. The hallways even smelled good- which is more than I can say for most other apt! The trees and park block the sounds of the busy city as well. Only downside is no gym (which is important to me) and one washer/dryer for the whole building.
