Briar Green Apartment Homes

Where do I start. I do not live there anymore, but I have in the past and I give it 2 stars because the actual apartments are nice, but the neighborhood and the people that live here are horrible. Sketchy maintenance men, Gun Violence, fights, loud disrespectful neighbors, car theft, rats and trash everywhere. My car was hit while parked. Also stolen and come to find out it was the boy who lived directly across from my apartment with his parents.

Horrible i put in application a little over a month ago havent heard anything from them and they told me there were apartments available at the time called several times to check on application was put on hold for long periods of time in which no one return back to the called. Called a few more times no answer and some times i called domeone would answer and ask for my number to return the call!!!!! Still have not received no return call. At this point they are not even worth calling back they actually give affordable housing a bad name.

Good thing there are other options. I just called just to be calling and it’s always the same excuse every year lol. “They aren’t excepting applications at the time”

If I could give zero stars I would I have had Nicki putting me of for over two weeks after she keeps telling me to call back had me look at an apartment stating she had some available and then after to keep calling for her schedule. For her to look to see what she has today she told me I was being pushing as if I'm not actively looking and she keeps telling me call back in a week call back tomorrow at mine for me to be met with I'm being pushy. Seems like this place just don't have their stuff together. Or is she the only agent "working " to keep telling me you have other stuff to do is unacceptable and unprofessional. Waste ur time here if you want they seem too busy to deal with potential residence. Today she said there are other people waiting two weeks ago she told me she has something

So I'm a health care provider I do in home care I went with my client son to the office because he has very bad asthma attacks it's very saddening what she said to the situation her words was it don't matter about your asthma people die from this what she means it doesn't matter there AC unit is out no air in there home also when I let my client no what was said to her so she saying to my client that the man Robert who works for them don't want to come fix there AC which in her old apartment here the same thing happened this is not Robert frist time turning them away
