I don't live in Tampa but I decided to sell a home I have there. Brian was recommended to me and he proved to be the perfect choice. While Brian knows his business and how to close a deal, I found the experience of working with him as a realtor was not as professional as I would have hoped. I had asked Brian and my estranged wife to please keep their relationship professional through the duration of the sale of the home as it would give the image of a conflict of interest (no private separate social functions.) Brian understood and asked me to please notify my ex in writing to make sure the message came from me. Needless to say Brian did not live up to that conflict of interest expectation and when asked his response was, "too bad." Again the man can close a deal but I found that he couldn't keep his word. Always giving us options for what we were seeking, never making us feel we had to settle or be forced into something just for the simple fact of needing to buy a house.
