Breton Mill Apartments

I have been here almost 4 years and never they close pool at 5pm.when they leave they close pool.Most of moms come back from work 5 pm like me during summer kids wanna afternoon pool and we want to pool too because we live here and when we start they say oh you have pool but we cannot see that pool only weekend they open pool. What is the different weekend all day open pool but normal usually week time They close 5pm by new manager. You have to do something for the residents happy. We are living here we want to spend our time with kids happily, But come new manager and She make new rules in her convenience ,

:) I abhor this place. The apartment complex continues to disregard the quality of living for its residents. The gossip is dissatisfying between patrons. There is neither employment nor assistance. It gets worse if a vehicle parks on this premise. I justify something is wrong with the parking lot. I warrant a halt to stolen opportunity to thrive and survive. I will never return to Breton. I hope the worst because my belongings are missing. I will return with hatred to Breton. This upsets me to look outside and see how terrible my belongings are treated. The misery I feel is unspeakable. I feel that I am treated with disrespect at Breton. Neither issue nor problem. The issue is patrons stay silent while there is no discussion. :(

I lived at Breton Mills for 10 years, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The community quickly felt like home, and I’m genuinely going to miss it. The staff and management were always friendly, responsive, and professional any maintenance issues were taken care of quickly, and they really made sure the property stayed in great shape. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well designed, with plenty of space and natural light. I also appreciated how peaceful and safe the neighborhood was, with everything I needed stores, restaurants, and more just minutes away. Lived here for 15 months april 2023-September 2024. Since our lease started we had issues with our dishwasher and someone in maintenance came to “fix” it. Long story short, the dishwasher caught on fire after being “repaired” and we had to use the extinguisher. It took a long time for a replacement to come in. Before moving in, we did a walk through and pointed out the the AC was very loud and rattling, they said they would fix it before our lease started. They did not and we had to deal with that sound the whole lease term. AC also broke down multiple times and maintenance “fixed” it too. I think they fired the maintenance man in charge of those repairs. Still, the AC leaked over the toilet. We put in multiple maintenance orders over the span of our entire lease.
