Brentwood & Suntree East Apartments

I have lived at Brentwood apartment homes for over 6 years. They used to have a lot of water and plumbing issues , but since the New manager Deborah has taken over and working with the owners , the water and plumbing’s is great 😊 now. Everything is just clean the grounds the laundry room are on point. We have a gym now. We have clean pools and good neighbors. I never had my car broken into or where I live, so good security and they have cameras too. Amazon deliver, Fed Ex, USPS no packages being stole from our porch even it’s sit for days👍🏼 it’s gated too 🙌🏼

I am giving this place a one-star rating, and honestly, it still feels too generous. When I called to request pest control service, they treated my request like a huge inconvenience. They got frustrated and even hung up on me. When I simply asked if they could check for more available appointment options, they kept complaining that going back and forth on the phone was too much trouble and threatened to charge $150 if I kept calling for updates. This is not a management team that is willing to cooperate with residents. If you move here, just be thankful if you don’t see any bugs, because service and support are definitely not guaranteed. Please avoid this place.

Worst maintenance of any apartment complex I've ever lived in. My bathroom hinges were rusted so this (first picture) is what is considered good enough... Got rotten wood in your cabinet, don't worry they will just cover with a new piece (second picture) instead of removing the old ROTTEN one first. Don't want to clean the apartment properly before we move in, don't worry we will just paint over everything including spider webs in the back of cabinets and food items under the paint in the drawers that is spoiling. (The rest of the pictures) This also doesn't include not getting keys until past 5pm and still getting charged for the full day. And finding childrens stickers stuck to things from the last tenants. I recently had the pleasure of moving into Brentwood/Suntree Apartments, and I must commend the exceptional management team led by Deborah. My experience has been nothing short of outstanding, making it imperative for me to share my positive feedback. From day one, the professionalism and responsiveness of Deborah stood out. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in process. My questions and concerns were addressed promptly, reflecting her commitment to resident satisfaction. I recommend Brentwood/Suntree Apartments to anyone seeking not just a place to live, but a community where management goes above and beyond.

I still live in this apartment building. Hot water is yellowish in color and pipe leakage is normal. This is very disturbing since water is a basic need. Guest parking is from 9am-6pm only, so if you family or friends coming over for dinner, you have to miss few hours from work to get a permit from the property manager so your visitors can stay past 6pm. You have to walk to the gate to open the gate to let them in and out every single time. Some maintenance repairs were done poorly. Yes, they have in-unit washer and dryer hookups, but the doors are smaller than the size of the washer and dryer.
