Brad and Max have been great to work with. Brentwood square is a fantastic management company - highly recommend. Up to speed on technology and making the process seamless. We were in a dicey situation with difficult homeowners and they mediated everything super well and fairly. We've been tenants for 1 year.

Great small community where everyone is considerate of each other. Maintenance keeps Brentwood square in tip top shape (always mowed, buildings clean and taken care of, leaves blown, plants trimmed, etc) Brad the property manager is very helpful and cares about your needs. Would recommend this place!

I love this place the schools are great and everything is close by I've been here for 8 years now and I've found a place I call home the neighbors are great and the management is amazing if you need a home come to brentwood square .

What I love most about the property is the location and how friendly the neighborhood is. Our child has attended a great elementary school and now is attending a very nice middle school. I also love that shopping for groceries and other amenities are in walking distance if don’t want to drive. When it snows we have our own hill to do sledding on and our child loves it!

I have had the pleasure of contracting with Brentwood Square Management for residential management, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the very beginning, their professionalism, communication and responsiveness has been outstanding. They go above and beyond in all aspects including tenant engagement, rent collection and property oversight making for a seamless experience.
