Worst place I’ve ever lived. Do not move here. Management is awful and does not care about tenants. Just to name a few issues: Do not take care of grounds, often overgrown grass to the point it’s embarrassing (pictures below) Pool never opened Laundry room disgusting and never cleaned Cockroaches everywhere even though you get charged for pest control Maintenance takes forever Rude and aggressive property manager, the emails she sends are outrageous. For instance, threatening to fine an entire building because some contractors dumped their waste in our dumpster. The manager constantly is harassing the tenants. Very incompetent as well. Water shut offs constantly and I mean constantly, sometimes for days at a time They also regularly tow cars so you’ll have friends who visit get their car

They make up new rules and guidelines everyday. Water bill went from 50 dollars a month the first year to 120 a month since October. The water gets cut off on the property every week for “maintenance” but is never fixed. They charge for “Damage Waiver” but doesn’t provide the information of the damages. Never had a damage waiver here for over 18 months out of no where they placed 3 damage waivers on my account one for January, February and March out of nowhere. They try to increase your rent without it being noticed. They never fixed the hole in my ceiling. You can’t drink the water in your house due to the taste itself. I recently had a disappointing experience with my attempt to lease Apartment B10 at 600 Whispering Hill Drive, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. After the walkthrough, I was left quite unsettled by the condition of the apartment, which did not match the online listings or the model I had previously visited. One of the most concerning issues was the ceiling leak that had simply been painted over, creating not only an unprofessional appearance but also raising red flags about possible underlying problems. Their more worried about changing the rules every month to benefit them rather than helping the tenants that live there. Get charged 50 bucks for monthly maintenance but I haven’t had maintenance in my house since it flooded two years ago when they was suppose to fix my wall. 2 YEARS still have mold, they have rats. Honestly the nastiest place I ever been.

Worse place to live at the current moment I’m going back and forth with the manager Shakonda F. Cloud trying to charge me a $700 pet fee when I DONT even own a dog. Terrible place to live when I first moved in and signed for an updated townhome they tried putting me in an old basic home and took a month to get in an updated unit. Now winter is here I find 2-3 holes in my kitchen letting in rodents now I’m not even able to use my kitchen stove to cook for my kids. The outlets doesn’t work and the ones that do work either makes noises when in use or have sparked. And when I brought this list of complaints up to the manager I was told none of those are emergencies and I would have to wait till they get to it.
