Brenneman Farm Apartments

Desirae, Angela, and, Adrian are the dream team seriously. My husband and I moved in September with not much time to prepare prior. Desirae worked with us throughout the entire move-in process. She left no call or email unanswered. When Desirae wasn’t available Angela was ready and able to assist us in the same way! Over the past few days Adrian and Desirae have assisted us in finalizing the adoption of our ESA animal. They sent the paperwork last Friday, we turned it in today, and, it also was completed today. We are so grateful that our family will be complete for Christmas 🥹. Thank you all for all that you do. It doesn’t go unnoticed. -The Love Family ❤️

We lived at Brenneman Farm Apartments for 1 year and we loved it, we only moved bc we wanted a house for more space. The staff is great and always helpful, esp Angie, Adrienne and Desiree. We grew to love them over the time we were there! Landscaping is kept clean cut, loved the view of the pond and the community of people living there. Overall a great experience and 10/10 would recommend. 💜

I have been living here for a while . I’m not the biggest fan. The gate 50/50 it will work. They have a big bug problem. We are clean people and we are constantly killing bugs. We have had it sprayed a few times and they keep coming back. The parking is terrible. Having to make a choice who gets to park in their spot and who get to hike home sucks. Sometimes the resident parking is almost full. No one wants to walk in the dark home. Also love coming home when holding my son and it smells like weed or they are actively smoking. As much as you pay for rent I see why so many people are leaving.

Having lived in the same apartment on the 4th floor of this complex for over 9 years, I think it’s safe to say we can give a pretty thorough review. We lived in building 4444, for reference. The points below are just things you should consider, some of which I realize Brenneman has no control over. In the end, there’s a reason people stay here for so long: convenience. That leads me to the first and probably biggest pro: its super convenient location (close to highway, centrally located). Twenty minutes in any direction will land you at oceanfront, Norfolk or Chesapeake. Within a 3 mile radius, there are easily 6 grocery stores, Pembroke Mall to the north and Landstown Commons to the south. Great place, wonderful people working their!! Due to my husbands sudden illness we recently had to relocate to another area. I will miss living here. The property is beautifully maintained . The apartments themselves are very spacious, , open layouts, and plenty of natural light. The management team is incredibly responsive and professional, making sure all residents feel valued. The location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and transportation. Additionally, the on-site amenities, like the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse, make it feel like a resort. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live! The Davis's
