My mother was one of the first tenants in the first building and the apartment was so nice my aunt decided to move there too. My mothers neighbors were extra nice and helped my out when needed and they helped my handicapped brother as well. When I had to move my mother out….. the property manager was excellent and the moving out process was super easy and it did not take long to receive her refund deposit.

It's pretty sad trying to reach the office staff, but to no avail, you would think corporate would rectify this problem, ive stopped by the office on several occasions door was locked at 2 in the afternoon, 3 in the afternoon, and they never answer the phone, Red flag.

I moved in in DEC 2024 when i did My walk through it was so many things that needed to be done and i was Told they would be done and yet we in April and still haven’t even gotten my new appliances, my bathroom is missing a cabinet door that i still Haven’t received. The lady in the rental office do not answer the phone. She forgets everything. I still dont have a mailbox key that they are suppose to give me. I call The emergency maintenance number and is told they will reach out to the office. My AC does not work making my light bill twice the amount. I’ve put in work orders and still haven’t received the service. I was Told i was Going to have free rent in January bc i moved In at the end of the year 2024 and it was so much stuff that still needed to be done in my apartment. Now that it’

No one answers the phone. I called several times and i went by the office twice. I saw someone inside and they didn't open the door nor answer the phone. Very unprofessional.

I currently live in the building and was one of the first pple to move in, don’t get me wrong they look decent but after 8yrs no upkeep, they won’t paint, it’s one maintenance man and he does everything but his job, he sits in his truck, he’ll be out here playing with a dog, washing the truck blasting music so no maintenance is being done in either building. I put in work orders no one comes out for weeks i reach back out to the property manger she acts like she has no clue that this guy hasn’t filled my work orders. The communication sucks she never answers the phone and will be right in the office the voicemail box has been full for years now, she doesn’t even have the decency to delete the old msgs so pple can leave new ones .
