Breezy Heights of Lititz

Perfect location.Always kept clean and perfect. Only one thing wrong.There is no elevator for the rest of the floors, so you can't climb stairs.You need to get an apartment on the ground floor. Is but all in all it's a very nice place.

In January, I had an appointment to visit the apartments, and the manager didn’t show up. I rescheduled in March, and she didn’t show up again, even though I called her. I’m disappointed that my time was wasted with no follow up. While I was waiting in the clubhouse, I could hear the residents above clearly. I’m not sure if that’s how it is in all the apartments. I’m rating it a 2 because I didn’t actually see the apartments, but my experience was unfortunate.

I love living here!!! The apartments are solidly built as well as being beautiful. Also great to have assigned parking spaces and the storage spaces to rent. The fitness center is always clean and it's nice to be able to shoot a game of pool every now and then. Last, but certainly not least.....Angie is wonderful - always so responsive and helpful.

Very nice building. My friend lives on the top floor of his building and everytime I'm there, the building grounds always look clean and well-kept. My only issue is not enough visitor parking close to the building

Beautiful ! The rent is steep at 1350 my friend said . But for a brand new 2 bed and bath its reasonable . A small balcony , always a plus to have outside space ! Near shopping which is convenient !
