Breezewood Apartments

Want to keep your dog safe? Run far away from Breezewood. This complex uses a tennis court as a dog park. I was never told this was allowed. Per their policy dogs must be on leash at all times on their property. Every responsible pet parent knows fenced in dog parks are designed to keep everyone safe. A tennis court doesn’t provide two gates for entering and exiting. Had I known that their policies don’t protect my dog or myself I would’ve never signed a lease. Do better Breezewood and communicate your policies effectively. Perhaps a real dog park could help keep everyone safe. Or clearly state that the tennis court can be used as a dog park. I live in breezewood arts from 2007 to 2014 it was great, I loved it...at first there were different managers there but at the end there was one I didn't care much for.. the maintenence guys there were great.. I really didn't have many issues there.... I see alot of complaints now there..... the only thing we had to pay there was the electric bill and rental insurance... I enjoy living at breezewood......

I want to give a big thank you to Javier from maintenance. He came to fix the HVAC system in my apartment and did it quickly and professionally. He was respectful, efficient, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate his work—it made a big difference, especially with this hot weather. Also, thank you to Breezewood Apartments for providing such great service. You are very lucky to have someone like Javier on your team. His professionalism and dedication truly reflect the quality of your community.

At first I thought Breezewood was a nice complex, it seemed decent and like a nice place to live. However, if you ever have a noise complaint, don’t expect it to be taken care of. All the leasing office will do is send maintenance to put letters on everyone’s doors. If your car gets hit in the parking lot like mine did three times (when I wasn’t in it) don’t expect the office to do a single thing about it. They don’t care. If you have a complaint about a specific tenant, they still don’t do anything about it. Maintenance is ok, but sometimes they take time to get to you. And sometimes they have to come back multiple times. For example, it took maintenance two weeks to come look at my dryer that stopped working, they came for three days to work on it only to give me someone else’s dryer. Wh
