After Hurricane Beryl a tree in front of my apartment almost fell, today's day the tree still there representing "danger" for me and my kids for me and my kids, I already have complained about this and I talked to one representative at the leasing office. This tree in front of building 14 can fall at anytime and this people don't do anything. I want to express too that I just recently moved and I'm still waiting for them to clean the carpet of the apartment and fix the floor, apartments are old and they don't care about anything, I'm tired of calling asking for what I think supposed to be the right thing because they convinced me and they took my money right away telling me that everything was perfect and ready for me to move, now they ignore me and they have me waiting for the repairs of

Worst place to live. My mother currently lives here and has had plenty of problems with the towing company! They towed her car because they didn’t see the sticker that the apartment property gives you, well the sticker was there. She had to pay $100 to get her car back. Not only that her apartment is fill with roaches and in bad condition. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Zero stars Yes cheap rent means cheaply made Apartments and staff that doesn’t care. My experience with this staff /apartment and managing company were disappointing. Roaches and insects always returned no matter how many times they called pest control or how clean you live. I ran myself crazy trying to make sure no crumb was left behind thinking maybe I wasn’t clean enough. Moving out was a struggle because somehow my notice wasn’t enough and had to stay an extra month and staff had no clue how to help. My apartment got molded at one point due to a leak and a couple months later it returned. The laundry hours weren’t the same as the welcome home package I was given so my clothes were locked in overnight and staff couldn’t help again. Please do not move in regardless of cheap price.

This is the worst place I have ever seen. TDCJ don’t even have a roach problem as bad as this place. There were so many layers of paint on top of dirt, the windows were painted completely shut, and the parking is almost nonexistent. Then someone decided to make parking spots available by paying for the spot which really made finding a parking spot impossible. The A/C cover, which is inside the bathroom, was covered in mold and after several reports to the office personnel that it needed to be replaced, it never was. Water came pouring out of the ceiling where the AC unit is at on more than one occasion and when reported a maintenance man literally added more tape to the line. The cabinets under the sink, the back part of it was literally saturated with water, it smelled of mildew and was p
