In short, this place is unsafe. The security guard doesn't prevent all sorts of serious crimes from happening frequently. There's no way you can live here without becoming a victim of some act of vandalism or witnessing one, always feeling like you could be the next target. Ms. Blanca in the office does her job very well; she's the best part of my experience, but even so, there's no peace here and your life is in danger

Also don’t confront them because they don’t take that well They will get offensive and act like you’re creating a pro

I've lived there for 3 years. In the month of August I verbally told them I wasn't resigning my lease. I moved out on the 9th of September when my leasewasup. I turned in my keys and everytime I came to the office to speak with the accountant about the 9 days of September rent. I was told she was gone or stepped out only to never to return that day. Now i did get a move out before the 8th of September that was it. Now come October they claim that I didn't give a 30 day notice and I asked when is the court day because I never received one for the month of September. I was told it wasn't one I have to pay 2000 dollars or it's going to collection. But how do I get a broken lease before eviction?

It doesn't deserve even one star I don't know how they received 3.1..... The video of the apartments they show must've been from many years ago they have several orange violation stickers on office door they never answer the dang phone. When I moved in the apartment had messy glue marks from the would affect tile that was slapped on floor over holes in the cement on floor everything is a patch up carpet was dirty u can feel the dirt from stopping shampoo work.
