Breckenridge Apartments

I check once a week for bedbugs and because i live in a apartment here and when I get them the office employees and the maintenance call employees said to me that they can't spread from one to another and it says that in there lease but they didn't didn't even do the research. Just the first page when searching it shows that they without a doubt do. Thank you gentleman in the office for looking into my work order but please look into the facts about thing like this.

We lived here for 3 years. They REFUSED to do anything about used syringes scattered around our apartment building, but had no problem raising the prices of rent annually. When we moved out, they claimed we were responsible for damages that were already present when we moved in, and the documentation of those damages had been "lost" with the change of management. We paid all fees with breaking our lease early and the "damages" to get out of that slum, and they have continued to contact us about collections 3 YEARS after paying those fees. Do not rent here, they will harrass you repeatedly about any fee they can come up with. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

Lived here 2 years 15 years ago. This is the best apartment complex in West Plains. Rent is fair (better than most rental in WP), you can have pets. They have a pool. The apartments are nice.

My daughter lives here unfortunately. It's in need of repairs inside and out. The appliances are outdated and do not function well. The place needs repairs that do not get fixed and for the amount of rent she pays the property owner should be reported for his or her negligence. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

I applied for an apartment there and the ladies in the office Britney and another lady couldn’t understand her name are very unprofessional. They are rude inconsiderate people they denied me because I have a disabled wife I make $2800 in a month and got denied for a furnished one bedroom at 695 a month, if you don’t want your money taken down apply for this apartment complex they took my $40 and the two ladies in the office probably split. It had lunch on me unprofessional people Britney constantly calling me on my job no respect for anybody.
