Breckenridge Apartments

I do not live here, but my mom just signed a lease. I must say, Debbie in UW is a sweetheart and Arielle in the main office is also nice. You can hear Debbie's smile when you speak with her. Although Arielle was unable to fully answer some of my questions, so she made sure to let me know that, and she directed me where I can be better assisted. All in all, all the women here sound so pleasant, and I'm grateful that my mom was able to find a cozy spot to live with management as kind and understanding as them. Thank you.

Worst complex I’ve ever lived in. The office never answers calls and when you go in person they are always unhelpful. There is never parking and they will tow your car under ANY circumstance they can for a quick money grab. I’ve had MULTIPLE plumbing issues and they take forever to fix it. My patio lock was stuck with my key in the lock for over 2 weeks before they fixed it as well so safety is also not a concern.

This company is money hungry. We had a mostly positive experience in the 2.5 years we lived at Breckenridge, up until one of our cars got broken into 3 times and stolen 1 time. Management did absolutely nothing except say, and I quote, “crime doesn’t have a zip code”. I have proof of this statement since it was via email. Since we have two young children, we did not feel like continuing living there was safe after the break-ins. I called the corporate office several times explaining the situation and trying to reason with them about rent and move-out. We were renting month-to-month, and I was under the impression that we only had to give 30 days notice since we did not have a lease with them. They ignored most of my calls and my emails, but when they did respond all they would do was deman
