Brea Luxury Apartments

When looking for a place to live this past summer, Brea Luxury was my final choice out of 10+ apartments & I couldn't be happier. From the beginning, the Leasing Agents have been great & really helpful when dealing with Resident's issues. The maintenance team is also quick & very reliable, making it comfortable to submit requests when needed. The amenities are also top tier, and the cleaning staff does a nice job of keeping the complex clean. Overall, I'd highly recommend living here!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Brea Luxury Apartments! The amenities are amazing — the resort-style pool is perfect for relaxing, and the resident theater room is a unique bonus for movie nights. I also love having a 24-hour fitness center and the EV charging stations available. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to help with any requests. The whole place feels safe and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale living experience in Katy, TX!

When I say: luxury living at an affordable, and reasonable price-. Brea apartments in katy is the first community that comes to mind! I say this because every complex I've been to they either the maintenance are no where to be found, or just horsing around. I highly recommend this complex to anyone that wants a nice place to live and apartment staff. The properties upkeep was better than any other Ive seen, If you don't believe me go see for yourself!!

I am very disappointed with the current conditions in this community. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes is overwhelming and often seeps into my apartment, and the elevators frequently carry the same odor. The trash chutes are consistently filthy, with trash left on the floors instead of being properly disposed of. The hallways and common areas are also unclean, and residents regularly disregard the speed limits within the complex. There is also an increasing amount of dog waste throughout the property, and unwanted mail is frequently left on top of the mailboxes instead of being thrown away. I used to truly enjoy living here, but it has become clear that there is a lack of pride and care from both residents and management. I am disappointed to have to write this review and hope that

First off, I don't live here. I bet you are wondering why she is leaving a review. Well, listen up. I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on Black Friday. FedEx delivers it here by accident. I submitted a ticket to have it found, and FedEx closed it, leaving me without my baby's gift. Well, these extraordinary ladies in the office found out who I was and called to let me know they had our package. I am beyond grateful that they reached out and found me. Thank you soooooo much. I really appreciate it.
