Braxton Music City

My experience at Braxton Music City Apartments has been awesome. Anytime I have talked with management, they have been so kind, helpful, and timely. I also really appreciate the quality of the apartment and the amenities around the complex such as the gym, study room, and pool. I've only had to submit two maintenance requests after being here for 15+ months and they were immediately resolved the next day. I've personally had no major issues living here and will likely continue living here for awhile! I genuinely love this complex!

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over 3 years, and I can honestly say it keeps getting better. The office staff is absolutely amazing, and the new manager, Seth, has truly taken things to the next level. He is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about both the residents and the community as a whole. The entire team goes above and beyond to make this a great place to live. You can tell they take pride in the complex and really work to create a strong sense of community, not just a place to live. That makes a huge difference. The security improvements, especially since the gates were installed, have been fantastic and have made the community feel much safer and more secure. It’s clear that resident safety is a priority here. On top of all that, the location is excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about Kelsey at Braxton Music City! From the moment you meet her, you can tell she truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels taken care of. She’s super approachable, always quick to respond, and makes the whole leasing process way less stressful than it usually is. On top of that, she’s just genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. Braxton is lucky to have her—she’s definitely one of the reasons this place feels like home.

Me and my brother lived here for 15 months! Very great staff and location to everything from 12 south too Nashville! Ask for Kelcie if you are thinking of signing up! Never had a single issue with getting in contact for maintenance! They are constantly making great renovations and improvements!

This complex has gotten progressively worse. There’s now cockroaches invested in my apartment. After putting in multiple pest requests, I’m convinced they’re not even spraying anything and just saying they did. The gates are supposed to close for safety when the leasing office is closed and now they stay open all the time after multiple cars got broken into. This place is a mess.
