Braxton at Tamarron

I have lived in this community for almost three years and unfortunately the same issues have never been resolved. We pay rent on time, but the maintenance and cleanliness of the common areas are very poor. There is dog waste left in the parks, including the children’s playground, which is unacceptable and unsafe. The playground floor is dirty, the bench/seating area is broken, and nothing gets repaired. Trash areas are constantly overflowing, with garbage piled up instead of being managed properly. There is also an abandoned bicycle under the stairs near my apartment that has clearly been there for years, covered in dust, and no one has taken responsibility for removing it. An amazing place to live! I absolutely love living at Braxton at TAMARRON. The entire community feels modern, well kept, and thoughtfully designed. The facilities are truly outstanding.One of the big highlights for me is the management team. They are incredibly friendly. Their professionalism and warm attitude make such a difference in daily living. I feel very welcome as a resident. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that genuinely feels like home.

I do not recommend staying at this property. During our short-term rental stay, the neighbors directly below us repeatedly hosted loud parties late and everyday of the week and all weekend long. Music was consistently cranked up, and there was constant noise in the hallways with zero respect for other residents. We contacted management multiple times to report the issue. Each time we were told it would be handled, but nothing ever changed. There was no follow-up, no enforcement, and no real support from the front office. The lack of response clearly reflects poor management and a complete absence of leadership. When basic noise complaints are ignored over and over, it shows that resident comfort and safety are not a priority here. The tenant just keep putting their garbage bags on the gro

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The management team is very responsive — they handled our cupboard replacement on time and maintain the property really well. The walkways are cleaned regularly, which keeps the surroundings neat and pleasant. The amenities are another big plus. The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the community celebrations in the office room for festivals and special days make it feel warm and welcoming. It’s also a safe place for kids, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of food joints and major shops just nearby. Overall, a comfortable, safe, and well-managed place to live. Highly recommended!

Braxton at Tamarron has been great so far been living here going on 4 months have had a great experience. Robbie was great with Helping Me and wife making sure everything was good before we moved from out of state. Maintenence comes when something needs to be taken care of and property is well maintained. Pictures of garbage by the dumpster eventually gets cleaned up but would not have that problem if people would put garbage in the dumpster. Would Definitely recommend have not had any problems with any of my neighbors has been a good experience the time we have been here.
