I don’t give reviews often, but when I do, it’s because they really deserve it. We were coming in frustrated and upset with mine and my elderly mother’s account, potentially looking to close the account. Jayden was helping us, while having to help other tellers and customers as well as control the lobby. He was able to assist us with all the questions we had for him, guidance us, and help us resolve our issues with are account with the upmost respect and concern while managing everything else around him. You could barely tell his was stress out and flustered (like how could he not be), but he was very apologetic for being sidetracked (which we didn’t mind) and was super professional! I put 35k in the last 6 months and this bank wouldn't let me clear 60 dollars from my bank and delayed me for it
