Paratrooper here! I've lived here for 7 months and haven't had a single issue. All my neighbors are friendly & quiet. The apartment changed its management so thats why the reviews are skewed and outdated. Very affordable place to live ($626 2 Bed 1 B). I currently live in the renovated APTS with hardwood floor. Pet friendly. 9 minutes from All- American Gate. Trash and water is including so my wife gets to take 30 min showers. Community is still growing and building. Gated Community with security. Very ideal for Soldiers. You are in the heart of Fay. Everything is close! Walmart & mall are 5 min away! Soldier to Soldier this is my honesty opinion. Only CON IS NO WASHER AND DRYER

Living here has been an absolute nightmare. The property is filthy, infested with pests, and completely mismanaged. Maintenance is useless—work orders are marked “resolved” without anything being fixed. Even after demanding pest control multiple times, the problem never fully went away. The apartment was disgusting when I moved in, with garbage left under appliances. I had to deep clean just to make it livable. Despite this, they charged me $375 for cleaning when I moved out, even though I left it in better condition than I found it. It’s nothing short of a scam. The management is the worst part—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Tasha, the assistant manager, is particularly aggressive and unfit for her role. I don’t even know where to start with this place. It is absolutely horrible. First off, management is garbage and doesn’t help tenants. Secondly, they just paint over mold and don’t fix leaks. On top of that, this place is always infested with some type of bug. Please steer far away from here. Not worth your time and hard earned money. I rather be homeless than live here.
