Branford Hills Apartments

I've been here 7 yrs to date with no complaints. Beautiful setting, large rooms & plenty of closet space. I've had only pleasant interactions with maintenance and property manager, past & present. Neighbors are great! Would recommend.

Not the best and not the worst. Ever since the previous office lady left and Alexia took over maintenance never gets their work done. She is consistently condescending and lacks all accountability. She will mock you for work orders that they are legally responsible for as well. Maintenance team lacks knowledge of how to do tasks that they should know. Closets and bedrooms smell like cigarettes because of neighbors smoking inside and directly outside. Do yourself a favor and ask anyone who lives here how it is living here. They will all tell you that they are looking elsewhere, nothing gets done correctly and there is 0 problem solving around issues. Was also told "if you are not happy here you can always move out" by Alexia. Again, never takes accountability and lacks the ability to commun

I grew up there 1968-1982, and it was warm, safe, happy . I took a walk around there recently. It's still a beautiful community. But the playground needs to be replaced.

The worst decision of my life , I moved in 99 Florence road on the first floor and I can’t sleep from the noise the neighbors do since day one. I have been with out stove for 2 months ( they are waiting for the stoves part) ...... and the list keeps going on.

They are okay. Close by have better condos and apartments that have a pool. This place is not so bad.
