Told them for months about having roach problems. Stuck me with bill in collections for breaking my lease which promised me to not charge if i didn’t post videos. Neighborhood is okay i love cypress but i moved out of state because this place traumatized me. Couldn’t sleep for months and kept my lights on and roaches still came to my rooms i kept everything so clean and even stopped cooking. Massey came every week and sprayed a little bit then left never resolving the issue it was a nightmare. To pay all this rent for this to happen was unbelievable. lady excuse was that “my neighbor had moved out and roaches migrated over” mind you i was a few months in. Wouldn’t recommend. Lived here two years with nothing but consistent issues. Rent increased more than $200 with no fixes. Appliances are old and outdated, raccoons in the dumpsters and constantly had to call for pest control to come. During hurricane Berly everyone was without and couldn’t work but the apartments expected their rent ON TIME, first minute the rent wasn’t paid they were threatening to evict. These apartments are just not worth it at all! You will deal with dogs barking all hours of the night, raccoons all over the place and poop not being cleaned up. These apartments have went through 3 different management teams within the last 2 years and no one has made a difference honestly. Deposit was $250 and now they charge $500 that you probably won’t see back, like I didn’t. And wa

The apartments were sold in February, our new property manager is professional, courteous and kind always with a smile willing to assist even when I have a senior moment. The maintenance crew are the same prompt, professional, courteous and kind with a smile.

Don't rent here, I repeat if you lease here they will charge you for rent, washer dryer fees, and instead of fixing things they paint over instead of replacing, they charge for pet control automatically even though they don't spray every month, they charge $75 for At&t even if you don't want it, don't move in building 14 unless you want to deal with dogs and children running around until 6am, residents don't clean up their dog poop, and the structure is falling apartment. The office management changes like you change your period, once a month there is someone new handling your personal information. Management is a joke, when you ask for a ledger that's doesn't match up with the company instead of rectifying the issue, you get a notice because you asked for a smarter person. Marissa Angela,

Angela, the manager, and Marissa, her assistant, go above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of. They are professional, friendly, and always approachable. The maintenance team, Phillipe and Omar, are equally amazing—quick to respond to requests and always thorough in their work. The property is well-maintained, and I feel safe living here, which is such a blessing.
