I live in the neighborhood for 10+ years. Last 5 are just terrible. The HOA fees are skyrocketing, the management is hard to reach. They will respond your concerns only if you mention you have a kid or elderly who can get injured other then that they simply ignore emails. The twin pines pool this year opened malfunctioning (all umbrellas broken) no one even bother to fix it. Dead plants around neighborhood, broken stairs, clogged pipes and so much more! That’s a shame to get such a beautiful neighborhood into such a poor condition:(
