Brandhaven

Brandhaven is a clean and well-maintained senior community with modern amenities. However, the management team can be rude and unprofessional. The apartment themselves are decent but customer service needs improvment.

I like the staff they're very helpful and kind and always right there for you. I like the grounds they're always kept up the buildings are always clean and the maintenance people are very efficient and nice

Management doesn’t like to answer the phone during hours of operation and when they do they are rude and redirect potential tenants to “google it.” I am unaware as to why someone with rude customer service would be allowed to manage a property especially knowing that it’s housing for the elderly. If you have a family member living here please check that they are given the proper care and respect.

Brand new, all modern affordable senior (62+) apartment complex with all the amenities on Clovis & Tulare Avenues. Rent varies depending on income. Section 8 is welcome but not necessary. Maria, the manager is pleasant and helpful. Parking is a big problem for both residents and visitors. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Applications and a waiting list are available for 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. There are elevators there to access the 2nd & 3rd floors. Brandhaven is not really set up for disabled residents so seniors need to be mostly independent unless they have a live in caregiver.

Brandhaven is a clean place to live, but something needs to be done about the management, they are rude and very unprofessional, they treat the tenant's like they are a no buddy, and then to top it all off there is never any parking in front of the complex so guests have to park up in the parking garage and they get told by that either they move there vehicle or it will be towed at the owners expense which is totally wrong and illegal. So I feel that the management needs to be totally replaced and get put into a major training on property management, respect towards the tenants and respect toward the guests of the tenants, and the security is a total joke they are never seen, and they park an empty vehicle in front of the office and has never moved since Turner Security supposably walks th
