Careful visiting anyone here and following the traffic rules. We have to stay to the right of the rotary. Yet their plow guy does not. He will yell and scream at you for doing so and let him go drive across. So be careful of the plow man who looks like he hasn't showered in a year. Just be aware the tow trucks are towing residents parking, from my experience I was bringing my groceries inside since i had a lot of bags by myself and parked in front of the building which is normal right? mind you my apt door is in back so no easy access i came Back my car was on the ramp by (Marco) he lied and said he Was waiting for 10 mins and only way to get my car is to pay 60 now or 100 later.after I paid he went on a power trip a towed a handicap car in picture. what i don’t like or understand how someone can be so greedy the property managment need to figure out a better solution for resident like myself to have a grace period since handicap ppl live in this neighborhood.

The environment of the place is nice, but my mother parked her car where it had no signs of reserved parking and then when she woke up her car was gone. It's sad because we were supposed to go to the beach today and the tow truck just completely ruined the opportunity. And it's not fair because today at 1 o'clock in the morning, me my mother and my grandma went to the gas station to get some snacks, then when we came back, someone took my mom's parking and all the parking in that side were full, so she parked in front of her brothers window and the next day her car got towed. My mom now has to go to Quincy to get her car back and as I am typing this she is devastated with this situation, and the car wasn't doing any harm to anyone and it's not fair. Deneisha called me last week and we decided I would come in today after 3pm. When I arrived she had no who I was or that I was coming in. Maybe she needs a date book or calender. After about ten minutes she finally took me to the empty apartment. On the walk back to the leasing office she said several very unprofessional comments to me. She made me very uncomfortable. Needless to say I won't be moving in. And maybe working with people isn't for Daniesha. She's very scattered and all over the place.

I have lived here for 28 years now, raised 4 son's and now have grandchildren that visit. I have seen many changes over the years and truly commend the management team we have had for the past few years. Yes, I have lived here for so long but the main reason I have not moved in all these years is because I know I am under good management. Just like there can be bad tenants, there can also be bad landlords. I have trust and i am happy with the home Braintree Village has provided me all these years. Truly where can you go where all utilities are included, pets are welcome and there are so many amenities.
