Brainerd Place

I’m typing this review at 3am. This is my second snowy night being up all night since moving here this fall. It is snowing and the management here doesn’t pay for a proper snow removal contractor with trucks. There’s one maintenance guy in a small snow cat that is out there for HOURS each snowfall in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. One guy. It’s seriously so loud all night. The snow cat has lights, a shovel part that bangs, and back up beeps. Right outside our windows. Why don’t they just hire a snow removal company with trucks and have it done quickly so residents can sleep? You have to pay for a parking spot here and I’m afraid of not having a spot when the businesses finally open. Management here is cheap. They don’t want to spend money on things (like snow remo

Two months in at Brainerd Place. I could not be happier. The staff is fabulous. The location and units are lovely. When small adjustments are needed, maintenance resolves so fast. The fellow residents have been a pleasure. So happy I chose to live here.

Brainerd Place is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The community is well maintained and the units I saw were all in excellent, new condition. Liz did an outstanding job showing me multiple units and was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating throughout the tour.
