When I say, "We couldn't have gotten our house without him," it's not just because he was our realtor -- it's because Brady truly went to bat for us. No other realtor would've gotten us this home. After the appraisal came through much lower than our offer, the sellers literally tried dropping our offer to re-list the home. It was because of Brady's testament to our "why" for this house that we were able to remain under contract. Mind you, this was mid-pandemic when it would've been so easy for a seller to earn so much more for the home without appraisal. Not only do we love Brady for his skills and results, but he is super personable and has maintained a relationship with us long after closing. We are proud to call him more than a realtor, but a friend.
