We are new to the community and so happy with our decision. Gretchen and Tim have been outstanding people to work with. We love our new home and neighbors. Couldn't complain even if I wanted to. Thank you for all the guidance and support through this process.

The worst experience ever. Getting anything repaired through the warranty is the hardest thing to get. I been trying to get things fixed since the first week after closing and it’s about to be a year here and not even 10 % of my claims are resolved. For any one looking to buy with Pulte please save your self a headache and look somewhere else.

Pulte is not a good company. They do Not adhere to their warranty’s touch up paint given does not match. Good luck in someone scheduling warranty issues. They never show. You can call leave messages all day everyday with no return call back

Beautiful homes, reasonable pricing, nice size lots. I was shocked to see that they have their own kayak launch in the back of the subdivision. That was really cool, if you are an outdoorsy person like myself. Awesome superintendents that will help you build your dream home. Definitely a neighborhood to look into if you are looking for a new home on the Northside of Jacksonville.

The building process was extremely well done and the communication was top notch. The whole team that I dealt with were extremely helpful in taking time to answer questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone building a home.
