Avoid if possible — unprofessional management and unsafe conditions The only reason we moved into this complex was because our previous landlord raised rent during COVID, but this place turned out to be an even worse experience. The management staff in the front office are extremely unprofessional — many of them are manipulative, play favorites with certain tenants, and don’t take residents’ concerns seriously. Maintenance workers even complained to us about how poorly they were treated by ownership. The complex itself has serious issues: • Cockroach infestations • Trash overflowing around the property • A homeless person broke into the maintenance building • The front gate was broken for 3–4 months • Security cameras didn’t work • The property wasn’t up to code with the fire department

Disappointed with Management Priorities, Though Maintenance is Solid I've lived at bradley park apartments for 4 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been more frustrating than positive. While the onsite maintenance team is responsive and professional — they deserve credit — there are several major issues that management continues to ignore. Trash charges: Unfair, not transparent, unreasonable trash charges. They come around 80$ per month or even more not based on the usage but an unreasonable, unrealistic policy mentioned in lease. Be ware. Rent Increases: Rent hikes feel unfair and inconsistent. There doesn’t seem to be a clear justification for the increases, especially considering the lack of improvements to the property itself. Cleanliness & Safety: Dog waste is a constant

Hands down this is the best apartment complex I've lived in. Libby and Kim in the leasing office are super kind, very responsive, and very proactive when it comes to communication. Cesar in maintenance is excellent and also very kind, he's usually here the next day after I make a service request and is very knowledgeable, very handy at repairing everything. The neighborhood inside the complex as well as the surrounding area is quiet and very safe. Tenants are friendly here too! Pool and gym are nice, love that we have propane grills available here to use. I also love the food trucks and events the leasing office arranges for us! There's always something going on every month. Location is very convenient to 400 and pretty much every store you could possibly need. Love it here!

Libby was amazing, she knew exactly what I needed and wanted in a new home and she showed me the perfect spot that she picked with me in mind, I’m looking forward to moving to Bradley Park this weekend!

Worst management company ever! Application submitted with full fees and deposit, spoke to Libby and worked with every other day to follow up on approval to start the move in, 10 days - all i get is I don't know the status or ETA , it's not known to me, due to uncertainty we choose a different apartment and got approved in 2 days Was assured I will receive deposit in 45 days Worst part is even after 5 months they did not return the deposits, guess What their answer is "I don't know ", management has changed I did not talk to redwood , I spoke to bradley park I communicated in email with bradley park Never choose these kind fraudsters who loot the money in application fees and admin fees and deposits Very worst response from the leasing office ! They don't know what they are doing!
