Bradley Garden Apartments

My experience at Bradley Orcutt Apartments, LLC, at 1065 Village Dr, Orcutt, CA, was an absolute nightmare from the moment I moved in. On move-in day, a Saturday, I was appalled to find the unit (rented at $2,695/month plus $150 in fees—$75 sewage and $75 trash—totaling $2,845/month) filthy, with the previous tenant’s belongings still in cabinets and drawers. The apartment wasn’t even spot-cleaned, forcing me, a single father in a dire situation after staying in hotels, to clean someone else’s mess before moving in with my children. This deplorable condition was just the beginning of a relentlessly hostile experience. Management’s response was dismissive and unprofessional. When I reported the unit’s condition, they seemed irritated rather than apologetic, offering an $800 reduction on

People do not clean up after their dogs sometimes. There is a lot of trash in the area of the front of the apartments. The stairs are in need of washing.. Maintenance not done in a timely manner. I have lived here since August 1st of 2021 and they still have not replaced my bedroom closet doors. I am moving out at the end of this month. Would not recommend these apts. The walls are VERY thin and can hear the upstairs neighbors all the time.

Great place to live and raise a family.

I would have to say as for a rental I would recommend this place to others. 2 bed rooms are a bit on the high side, but the spacious rooms make it worth while. Parking is limited though only assigned 1 parking space. Definitely more modern and cleaner than other apartment complexes located in Santa Maria.
