Horrible new management that ripped out all the street side trees and replaced it with this sheet metal fence. Horrible especially with how important shade is in the summers- now replaced with hot metal and cheap colored lights.
Lived here for 3 years. Management is incredibly disorganized and useless—I think there was a new manager every month. Zero transparency with policies or fees. To top it all off, my car was broken into. Do not rent with Ticon Properties.
New name is called LaSalle Point Apartments
My apartment caught fire while I lived here….management handled it awfully
