Gross. I lived there about 7 years ago. It was terrible. My ceiling was falling in, the apartment upstairs would cause flooding to my ceiling anytime they turned the water on in their bathroom. The water heater closet did not have a floor. It was just dirt. Drugs, meth trash, thefts. Do not come here if you value your life and belongings.

Rats were bad plug out lets didnt work could get them to fix anything they were supposed to move me but the never did unit would work all summer and the basicly forced us to move out because nothing wouldnt work and the treat people badly there like they are better them everyone best choice i made

I suggest no one living here unless you feel like dealing with mice and bugs mice always inside the walls and they will not do anything about it and anytime something needs fix they will not fix and no one can't sleep during night to much noise and you can here the mice chewing inside the walls
