Bradford Chase Apartment Homes

We have been residents of Bradford Chase apartments for a few months now. I can say that we are happy living here. Very quiet and well kept area, apartments and landscaping. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and professionally. Maintenance staff, Kenneth and Mark are courteous, friendly, and helpful. Office management staff, Lanie and Tina are also friendly, courteous, and helpful. This team is the best!!

We have been residents for a few months and so far everything has nice and quiet. Apartments are not new but very well maintained including the grounds and landscaping. Any issues that arise are handled quickly and professionally. Maintenance staff, Kenneth and Mark are great. Always polite and friendly. The same can be said for the office management staff, Lanie and Tina. They are friendly, and always willing to help. Nice place to live.

The management team does an excellent job running this property. Maintenance is efficient, preventative work is clearly a priority, and the grounds are kept in good condition year-round. It’s clear there’s a strong system in place to keep the community operating smoothly.

I have been a resident of Bradford Chase Apartment Homes for a year. My daughter had been a resident for two years prior to me relocating there and the atmosphere has always been pleasant and quiet. The landscaping is top tier and that was a plus for me! The quick responses to any concerns are always handled promptly and professionally by our property managers and maintenance team. Lanie, Tina, Mike and Kenneth are the best!
