Bradford Cary Apartments & Townhomes

I have lived at the Bradford Cary Apartments and Townhomes for five and a half years. I have found the complex and the area to have everything I need and it is unusually quiet even though it is located at a very busy intersection. The complex is very clean, inviting, well maintained, with many upscale amenities and a wide range of ages and ethnicities as residents. But no place is enjoyable to live at if the management hears your concerns, yet does nothing about it, or is slow to respond or indifferent. Here, at this location, that is quite the opposite. Kia, the manager is exemplary at her job and is very concerned and attentive to the residents, and sees that things get done and taken care of in a timely manner. Moving can be stressful, but she was organized, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable every step of the way. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, kept me informed throughout the approval process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I truly felt supported instead of just processed as another application. What stood out most was her professionalism paired with warmth. I moved into this apartment complex in August and was only offered a 7-month lease. Because I needed stable housing quickly to enroll my child in school, I felt pressured to accept it since a standard 12-month lease was never presented as an option. About three months later, management came to my apartment and pressured me again to sign a new agreement if I wanted to stay. I was told that if I didn’t sign, I would need to leave so they could find new renters, and that both my current rent and the cost to transfer to a larger unit would increase. I lived at The Bradford for about seven years in total, on and off. It has gone from a place where residents were valued to a training facility with new people every week. Once I decided to leave and go to another property, that’s more Convenient for my job I was immediately treated differently. I was also asked to make a good review since the property manager was in a competition with a Morrisville location about reviews. I made the review after being told that they would rent out my unit so I don’t have to continue paying even after I moved out. I moved out two months earlier than my lease. I took a tour of this place, and I have to say that the employees here are absolutely fabulous. I had the pleasure of meeting Araia, who is one of the leasing agents there. She was kind, informative, and patient while I asked her so many questions. This is a beautiful property, and I can tell it’s run by those that truly care about their residents. Hats off to Araia. She is one of a kind.
