I had to drop off a DoorDash here and just from being there the 5 mins I was I can tell it’s not safe but what do you expect when moving to that side of town

Shared a lease with someone.They had others staying in the apartment that wasn’t on the lease!! Office don’t do their job when it comes to violations on tenant’s. Giving me no option but to move out!! And to go take my name off the lease.! Which I still don’t know if that went through because she hasn’t reached back out! Even after I called and left a voicemail. SMH Tired and fed up! Funny part of it all she wanted me to say on the paper it was a hostile environment. When really it was beyond that! The dealing with roaches thing just tops it all off for me!! Not sweating it any more because I’m so at peace now! 🙏🏾 It’s about time people start speaking up! Stop settling for whatever just because.It’s just the principle of the situation.They just need to do better period.

Lived here a while nwo and management is the worst it has been and getting worse. They're illegally withholding mail quoting it's been a week since they were open, yet they tweak the hours of the lease building to accommodate their laziness and illegal actions. I've personally seen them alter paperwork dates just to not have to redo them. The hours state theyre open 9-5 but if you ask them they'll tell you 10-4. Only come here as a last resort! Renovations are a disguise for the poor management. They really only have one employee. There are also no mailboxes currently and they have promised for months that it'll be back 'soon' in the meantime we're missing packages and mail, and I received a check 3 months late and was almost denied cashing it due to their lack of coordination and manageme

This is the worst place I ever lived in Tulsa Oklahoma it's government surveillance! it is a government entity and is federal land but their contractors can come in and Rob you blind all for one out of Texas. When I told the office and called the cops of course my word against theirs. Their contractors stole my father's deceased power power tools and broke a lot of my stuff. I would definitely read George Orwell the book 1984 and find a place that you have privacy.

I've been here for a year & while no place is crime free or perfect, I have no complaints about maintenance or management's professionalism. Maintenance has always responded quickly & management has always been friendly and professional. My only complaint is when I get letters about the front of the apartment looking trashy & I have been the only one who cleans it up. I'm not even the one trashing it. Otherwise it is a great place to live if you treat everyone with respect.
