Bradbury Place at Lynndale

The system won’t let me edit my old review. Maybe I’ll figure it out later. There have been issues while living here however things have greatly improved. Loyd neighbors are either gone or more quiet. No place is completely quiet but it’s difficult to care because it’s so much better. The grounds are much better. People seem to be picking up after their dogs. I’m guessing some people moved. I’m very happy that on Christmas Eve the sentence man chafed the battery in my beeping fire alarm. There is no way I could have. The manager is pleasant and I think she cares. So merry Christmas and thank you for the great improvements! On a side note the apartments are nice enough to enjoy now that the other two issues have been resolved. I’ve even seen deer from my window. Susan M

Lived here for 2+ years and really enjoyed the space. Apartments are spacious and have a modern but cozy feel. I always felt safe living here and it was relatively quiet. Only issue I really had was dealing with spiders and bugs but they do offer pest control. Also the office staff was always super friendly and helpful as well.

I have enjoyed living here. As a interim traveler at the hospital I was here last year and returned again this year to an apartment facing the woods. Absolutely love facing the woods, very peaceful on my large back patio to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. Pool is nice. Gym is adequate but small. My apartment was sparkling clean when I moved in. Any small issues I've had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the staff. Dog friendly complex with plenty of dog stations around. There are a very few people that don't clean up as much as they should after their pets, but as a whole the complex is clean and nice. Three grill stations to use whenever I want to grill out. Parking is never a problem. I would come back here again.

Ms. Lashanda Phillips is a great asset to the Bradbury Place management company. She is very responsive and always smiling.
