Horrible apartment renters. Terrible renting process where they almost pulled the plug on us multiple times and stressed us out for stupid reasons. Just super weird dude and process. 7950 Tatum Waterway entire building is flooded with cockroach infestation. Apartment will send bug guy once a month (if he shows up) who does a Home Depot spray for about 2 mins and tries to gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem not the old building with terrible build quality. Will never rent from or live in any building associated with this renter. We killed 70 cockroaches in one night, had several crawl on us while we were sleeping, and no amount of aggressive cleaning or chemicals would make them go away. Slum Landlord & Scam artist management company. We lived in NYC for 20 years and never experienced a worse landlord or management company than BPM units. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. We rented an apartment for 2 years from BPM and the landlord never replaced any of the already broken items. They kept our security deposit claiming we damaged a door. There were several reasons we moved out- one being that the building leaked on all our furniture since the ceiling in the bedrooms was never properly fixed after storm damage. The management company never compensated us for this. When we first submitted documents for application to rent, the company ruined my credit after identity theft from the credit application. I spent a year trying to figure out what happened and the company never correct

Very bad experience dealing with management company. We rented an apartment in NYC and was charged for damages that were pre-existing. During the entire stay, the management never fixed issues, calling them wear/tear.

Kept part of my deposit for no reason, didn't remove my number of the call list , still getting some phonecards from him

Horrible management. Alyssa screwed and destroyed everything. Rude and careless.
