Boynton Place Apartments

Do not rent an apartment here. The property is poorly manage and the grounds are very unkept and nasty. They will have you paying for services like valet trash and pest control and not provide the services. My valet trash can was taken by the valet service because they stated that they wanted us to centralize and share baskets. While you are paying for the trash bin monthly. When I brought it to managements attention they stated they would provide me with a new trash can. Four months later I didn’t get a trash can until I requested a credit for the four months that I paid for the service that I wasn’t getting. The assistant manager Brianna. Emails me to tell me she will have a trash can provided to me on 1/20/26. She begins to put the trash can in front my door on 1/20/26, and than

i love this place but i just don’t like how they make the tennis court, gym , playground, and even the pool in the front only for the apartments and how the people in the houses only get a pool and the pool for the apartments is 10 times better then the one is the houses (even when some of us are paying more) i just hope that you guys let the people in the house get to use the things in the front . thank you

Brianna is the best! She was so nice and helpful showing me around and made the process so easy for me. I cannot wait to move into my new apartment next month

I have been living here For 5 years now and I’m amazed how often they have upgraded their apartments. And if there’s any maintenance problem it is Address very quickly, I’ve been a happy tenant.

Briana was amazing when I toured the property! She was so knowledgeable and was able to show me the actual unit I would have been renting. Great customer service!!!
