I had the pleasure of working with Boyd over several months as I relocated to the area and purchased a home. It was super important to me to work with someone who knows the region, and I could not find a better person than Boyd. He was available to show me several houses on my house hunting trips prior to moving, really listened to my likes and dislikes, and made the home buying process enjoyable. Many people describe buying a house as stressful, but with Boyd's calming, reassuring presence, it was mostly a smooth and enjoyable process. I can't wait to refer friends and colleagues to Boyd!
