I had a very disappointing experience with Cherie M. Smith at Boyd & Associates while attempting to purchase a home she was representing. The property initially had squatters, who were removed by police after we made an offer. We then entered escrow and waited nearly two months while being told the sellers were completing repairs. During this time, communication was extremely poor. Our realtor repeatedly attempted to reach her via messages and emails with little to no response. We were also delayed twice in receiving access to the property, with no clear explanations, which ultimately led us to cancel the transaction due to the lack of transparency and responsiveness.
