Thought that tish was professional and fixed a couple things for us when we were in the process of buying left us with a fridge to take out ourselves with bad food still in it and only claimed to have the fix the sink but both the kitchen and bathroom still had leaks! My grandfather had to help us. Our oven was faulty we had to pay someone after purchase to fix that ourselves didn't know that as well as the dryer plug in needing repairs. Certain things were brought to our attention and those things we were ok with but this house had some extra issues and the things she said she'd get fixed weren't. P.s stop painting tubs!

My parents said the lady was the best to work with and really helped in the negotiation process they are very happy with her
