I lived here for over a year and a half and have nothing but kind things to say about the property, maintenance, and staff and Fortified. Andie is a wonderful property manager who is responsive and kind (even if you're getting a lil flusterated). Anytime I needed a repair, it was handled within 12 hours. There is a number you can text, as well as the MyResman system you can use to reach management. They're responsive and kind in texts as well. The property has a cute newsletter and does something every month to bring residents together. When it was time to renew my lease, I had made requests to have a few appliances updated and they were happy to do that. Before we could even get this far though, we needed to move to a bigger unit. If you want no deposit back no matter how good you kept things this is a great place. When we moved in the microwave handle was glued on and they charged us for it when we moved out saying that we couldn't prove it wasn't our fault. They also charge over a hundred dollars for floor cleaning at move out and use your deposit to pay for that. They use your deposit for everything they can and charge you for anything they want. They were very unresponsive when we lived there, rarely getting back to use when we had issues. I once was unable to get into my own unit for days because they cut me the wrong key. This is by far the absolute worst place I have ever lived, if you want your privacy grossly infringed upon, random fees, nickel and dime you every chance they get. Then this is your place. Disrespectful staff, lease violations and etc. they have no idea how to run this place, have gone through about 6 different property managers in the almost 2 years we’ve lived here. It’s absolutely bonkers. They do not care about the residents only the money. I highly suggest putting your $1900 into a complex that respects you and knows what they are doing. We’ve had our apartment flooded my maintenance, had to beg and beg for a new dishwasher(took them over a year) still haven’t replaced the disgusting washer which had mold growing in it when we moved in. Emmie is literally the best property manager we have had. She has always gone above and beyond what is expected. She is kind and fair. Her communication skills and willingness to get things done, set her aside from all other property managers. It’s because of her that we have decided to stay here longer. We genuinely appreciate her and everything she does for our community!

Our new property manager Emmie is the sweetest and kindest person I’ve ever known. She’s not only been a great property manager but she’s been a great person to me overall. You guys rock(no pun intended) at hiring the sweetest people. The ones that overlook Tabelrock Residential downtown are always supportive and willing to lend a listening ear when times are tough, and all are willing to help anyway they can. It’s pretty awesome to be apart of a community that is like family.
