Had to post based on the prior reviewers' negative comments. That guy posts negative stuff on ALL his reviews. He needs to sell his hummel collection, maybe give up one or two dozen of his cats, and move on. I have dealt with Leland Boutwell at Boutwell RE twice in the last ten years. All I can say is that he is a man of morals and integrity in a business that can have its fair share of shady figures. He does extacly what he says, and he does it exactly when he says he will. He doesnt make excuses. You cant ask for more than that at any type of business. Thank you Leland !
Buyer beware. Local yokel real estate firm. More interested in making misrepresentations to close the sale than providing quality service.
